1.Returns and Refund Requests:
We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery.
Returned items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
As each mural is a carefully crafted work of art, we do not accept return requests due to a change in personal preference (e.g., color does not match expectations, wrong size selection). Please double-check your choices before purchasing.
2.Damaged or incorrect merchandise:
If you receive an item that has quality problems, shipping damage or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide a photo as proof, and we will replace it or refund you free of charge.
3.Refund Process:
Refund will be processed after receiving the returned goods and confirming the status of the goods, and returned to your payment account in the same way.
The processing time is usually 5-10 business days, the exact arrival time depends on your payment organization.
4.Return shipping fee:
Quality problem, transportation damage or wrong goods: we bear the return shipping cost and provide an exchange or full refund.
Non-quality returns (e.g. wrong size or style selection): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5.How do I submit a return request?
